- Shelf life 3 years (until 06/2024). The bags only say 3 years because a longer shelf life put some customers off. It was not thought possible that a freshly cooked dish could last longer WITHOUT preservatives. But the dishes were examined in the laboratory and a shelf life of 10 years was confirmed - more HERE . The Expres Menu company has been producing the dishes since 1999. The extended shelf life is proven by laboratory analyzes in certified laboratories.
- Storage: without refrigerator, at up to 30 degrees
- Preparation: all Expres Menu dishes are ready to eat without cooking. You can simply warm them in a pot (3-5 minutes), in a water bath in a bag (10 minutes) or in the microwave (without a bag!).
